Congratulations, you’re out of attorney review and need to schedule your home inspection.  Here are some tips to make the home inspection as smooth as possible:

• We strongly encourage our clients to attend the home inspection.  This may be the last time you’re in the house before the final walk through prior to closing.  See and learn as much as possible.
• Dress comfortably as you may be on your feet for the next 2 – 3 hours.
• Bring a notebook.  We encourage our clients to take notes, even though everything I mention during the home inspection will be in your report.
• Have fun and enjoy.  Ask as many questions as possible.  The more informed you are prior to moving in, the better.
