Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult and time consuming. Inspectors have varying qualifications, experience, equipment, reporting methods and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection boils down to the individual inspector’s effort and communication skills.
If I can’t walk the roof, I’ll use my drone to inspect your roof. I also include thermal imaging in all my inspections for NO additional charge. Thermal imaging (or Infrared Cameras), under the right conditions, can detect many issues that the naked eye cannot see.
I promise you that I will put forth my best effort each and every single time. NO SHORT CUTS. I want to make sure I answer every question you have, even if it’s well after the inspection. I want to make sure you are provided with an inspection report that’s easy to read and understand. I want to make sure I earn your trust.
